What our process looks like?
Test
Casual call with HR to discuss job culture, availability, expectations, and any work-related questions
Round
Following the portfolio round and chitchat, the candidate is assigned a task that must be completed within a specific time
Interview
After delivering the task, the interviewee must showcase and explain it to the lead, demonstrating the process and comprehension of the topic
Round
Following lead approval, candidates go to the final phase, when they interact with the co-founder and present their portfolios
You are Hired
FAQs
Getting a job here usually takes about 2-3 weeks. We’ll chat with you a few times, but it can be quicker or slower depending on the job and how many people are applying
We work Monday to Friday, usually 10 AM to 7 PM. But hey, things can be flexible, so chat with your boss about what works best for you!
You'll have everything to get started. We'll sort you with a laptop, monitor, and all the digital tools you need. It depends on your job, but we'll make sure you're set up for success
